赵卓峰

     现为中科院计算所副研级高级工程师，中德软件集成技术联合实验室副主任，负责实验室面向新一代Internet环境下服务集成运营软件VINCA的总体设计及发布。2005年1月毕业于中国科学院计算技术研究所，获博士学位。曾先后作为课题负责人承担国家自然科学基金项目“基于在线管控的互联网聚合型应用的可用性问题研究”（60903137），国家科技基础条件平台项目“分布式科技信息资源整合共享软件（2005DKA64201-21，在全国20个省市获得推广及生产性应用）和华为预研部技术合作项目“零代码的Widget一体化制作管理环境”研制（核心技术被华为产品线部分接受转化），课题总经费300余万；作为核心成员参与北京科委重大科技计划项目1项、国家自然科学基金项目2项和中科院国际科技合作重点项目“基于网格技术的低成本协同政务系统”（2004DFB00900，获广东肇庆科技进步二等奖）及863等其他项目3项。目前主要从事于Internet服务应用、服务管理、服务监控及服务计算中间件等方面的研究工作。已在在国内外重要期刊、服务计算方向主要国际会议发表论文二十余篇，其中SCI索引6篇，EI索引11篇；获Sony Award 2005 优秀论文奖；获得软件登记7项，受理专利4项；指导学生参加第三届IEEE International Services Computing Contest获得第三名；先后多次获得中科院计算所优秀员工、实验室优秀员工奖励。

主持项目：

国家自然科学基金项目，基于在线管控的互联网聚合型应用的可用性问题研究，经费18万，2010.1至2012.12；

国家科技基础条件平台子项目，分布式科技信息资源整合共享软件系统，经费245万，2006.9至2009.9；

北京市科委重大科技计划项目，服务资产库与流程服务研发及标准规范制定（服务资产库负责人），经费200万，2008.6至2009.12；

华为中央预研部技术合作项目，零代码手机Widget一体化制作管理环境，经费30万，2008.10至2009.10；

万方数据技术转让项目，VINCA工作流软件版权许可及技术服务，经费20万，2006.11。
